19. What and Why: Minimalism
Minimalism is an intentional focus on bringing more value to your life with less. Quality over quantity. Most of you have heard of minimalism but the concept can apply to aspects other than just what your home looks like. You can expand the concept of minimalism to craft your life to be simpler and more focused on your passions. And it’s less expensive that way.
We can all benefit from finding ways to be more intentional about our lives. So let’s talk about what minimalism is and why you might want to embrace this mindset. Then I'll go over some ideas for how you can actually do that.
