Giving back is a powerful way to feel involved, do good, support different causes, and it’s a healthy way to spend your time. You’re helping people and acting as a positive force within your community. You can volunteer at organizations that align with your values to support causes that you’re genuinely passionate about.
Let’s talk a little bit about why you might give back or volunteer or donate. I'll also give five ways that you can get involved.
