Celebrating the change of seasons is good for your mental health because it allows you to enjoy the little things and to live in the moment. I know it’s so easy to get into a monotonous routine where you live the same day every day.

But you should be making time in your calendar for special occasions. This includes scheduling activities you love that are fitting for this time of year.
