We’re constantly being told that we need to buy things to be fulfilled and happy. That a part of us is missing. And the only thing that can fill that hole is by spending more. Believing that we’re missing something that can be bought is so beneficial for companies, but it's not beneficial for our mental health, our wallets, or the environment.
