You don’t need feelings of shame, guilt, worry or embarrassment to make fitness a priority. So how are you gonna work out when you don’t want to?

Discipline.

It’s difficult to stick with a workout plan long term if it feels like punishment or if it's outside of reasonable goals .  But once you have clear healthy goals and then strengthen that discipline muscle you’ll eventually be able to workout even when you don't want to.
